| Description |
Teaming up with World Vision, Volvic embarked on a project to donate 10L of water for every 1L sold in the UK by building wells in a number of locations in Africa. The website is a tool which allows visitors to monitor the progress of the project during its scheduled period April - September 2008.
What makes this project special is the use of a continuous landscape featuring parallax scrolling. Using the mouse the user can pan across a fictitious village containing a number of animated characters, each with a different role in life. Every month one of these character groups would be able to illustrate what the arrival of a steady water supply did to affect their life. |
